To protect all users from fraud and unintended misuse of credit cards, please note that the following should ALL bear the SAME NAME when buying tickets online:

  1. SM Tickets user account.
  2. Credit card to be used.
  3. 1 valid ID to be presented for redemption.

Ticket redemption through a representative is NOT allowed. Only the cardholder who transacted online can redeem the ticket. TICKET PURCHASE GUIDELINES
FOR STANDING SECTION
1.
   Standing section is open to adults and minors 13 to 17 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a ticket bearing guardian in the same section (2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio)
2.
Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.
3.
Minors without parents/guardians will be allowed in the Standing section provided they secure a waiver prior to entry of the minor inside the venue.
4.
Pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are not allowed in the Standing section.
5.
Valid School ID/ Govt IDs are required to be presented upon ticket purchase and venue entry. 
FOR ALL SEATED SECTIONS:
1.
Seated sections are open to all ages including minors. Minors (12 yrs old and below) must be accompanied by a ticket bearing adult / guardian in the same section (4 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio)
2.
 Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.
3.
For precautionary measures, pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are encouraged to register at the designated table upon entry.
4.
 Valid School ID / Govt IDs are required to be presented upon ticket purchase and venue entry.
